Management 3.0 is looking for someone to join our team and help us organize conferences around the world.
What we’re looking for
Management 3.0 is looking for a community-spirited individual to organize conferences around the world. The objective of these conferences is to spread brand awareness, share Management 3.0 practices and experiments to learn from each other, to build an enthusiastic global group of Supporters and Facilitators, and to have a really, REALLY good time.
Our initial vision is to host a conference once per quarter in APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NA – but we welcome YOUR ideas. This is a brand new role, so there are no preconceptions of what that role will entail, we leave that for you to develop! But ideally, you are a welcoming, approachable and supportive person; someone who stimulates conversations and sees when a connection between people will be beneficial and makes that connection happen.
We expect you to be tech savvy. You don’t need to program your motherboard, but you do need to know how to use Slack, Trello, Zoom, and WhatsApp (at the very least).
Our team meets in person twice per year for a company retreat. It’s 4 days of hanging out together in a different city every time (though that’s not a rule) where we set goals and hang out together. So far we’ve met in Lisbon, Dublin, Dubai, and Prague. The next retreat is in Jan 2020 and we’re eyeing Malaga… or Barcelona (we’re still deciding). We hope that you will enjoy these retreats as much as we do.
About the company
We are an experimental company. We experiment with business models, team structures, communication tools, payment models, everything! We do not have an office. You can work whenever and wherever you want, but we expect you to be part of our team by checking in every day into our communication tools and talk with us about what’s going on. All team members (including you) decide for themselves how much work is needed. We expect you will charge the company between EUR 1000 and EUR 5000 per month, depending on the amount of time you will be working. On top of that, we also have a fun bonus system.

Organizing events is new for us and we need your expertise in helping launch it. We want someone who is able to think outside the box and give us ideas on how to make conferences successful.
