Learn about the fundamentals of Management 3.0 in this online workshop, conducted by an experienced Management 3.0 Facilitator. From the very beginning, the Fundamentals Online Workshop was created as a pure online experience. It contains the most valuable practices and modules of Management 3.0 in the context of remote leadership.
Management 3.0 is an approach for systemic agile leadership, first published by Jurgen Appelo in his book "Management 3.0". The job of managers is looked at from six different perspectives and in the context of complexity. There are different applicable tools and practices for every single perspective.
The Management 3.0 Fundamentals Online Workshop consists of four units, 3 hours each. To obtain the certificate of attendance, you need to participate in all four sessions.
You will learn the fundamentals of Management 3.0, with a clear focus on practices useful for remote teams.
The following Modules are covered:
- Management and Leadership
- Principles of Management 3.0
- Complexity Thinking
- Motivation and Engagement
- Delegation and Empowerment
- Remote Teams (NEW!)
- Better Feedback
- Success and Failure
The contents of this workshop are especially interesting for managers, leaders, agile coaches, Scrum Masters and project managers. This is especially valid if you work in a remote context.
You do not need any prior knowledge to participate. However, a basic understanding of Scrum or/and agile methods is helpful.
