Description

During this online workshop, practical exercises will be carried out in order to better understand why people do what they do and how it is possible to embrace change and encourage the team.


This workshop made up of 8 modules and delivered in 2.5-hour sessions over 4 days.

What you need to attend the session:

  • Device to connect (i.e. PC, Laptop, Tablet)
  • Good Internet connection
  • Webcam
  • Download and install Zoom on your device

To receive the official certificate of “Certified Management 3.0 Fundamentals Online Workshop Attendee” you must attend all the online sessions.


NB: A minimum of 3 attendees is required for this workshop to go ahead.  This workshop is organized by Alun Davies-Baker. Your registration will be sent to Alun directly. 


Attending this workshop will not allow you to automatically become a Management 3.0 Facilitator. However, you can become a Facilitator another way.  First, you need to earn a Certificate of Practice. Once you have received the Certificate of Practice you can apply to become a Facilitator.

NB: When owning the Attendance of the Fundamentals Online Workshop, you will get a discount of 20% on the Certificate of Practice fee.
