Comment les équipes, organisations, s’engagent et délivrent des projets en dépassant leurs limites ? Comment font certains managers pour animer des équipes agiles et les motiver à avancer ?

Dans un environnement instable, les collaborateurs ont besoin d’être entendus et rassurés, le management a un fort rôle à jouer.

Ce premier module certifiant de 4 sessions de 2h30 (à distance) vous permettra de découvrir les approches et pratiques de management agile.

Nous proposons ces 4 sessions sur Janvier:

-Mercredi 06 Janvier 2021 de 8h à 10h30

-Vendredi 08 Janvier 2021 de 15h à 17h30

-Mercredi 13 Janvier 2021 de 8h à 10h30

-Vendredi 15 Janvier 2021 de 15h à 17h30

A l’issue de la première partie de la formation vous pourrez suivre la seconde en atelier qui vous permettra de recevoir un voucher pour vous permettre d’obtenir votre certificat auprès de notre partenaire Management 3.0. La formation est composée de deux modules au total.
