A Management 3.0 Jurgen Appelo 2010-ben megjelent könyve alapján kialakított gyakorlati tréning.

Nagyon sok módszertan, elmélet létezik a menedzsmentről, amik között könnyű elveszni. Fontos, hogy új, ismeretlen szituációkban megfelelően legyen azonosítva a kialakult helyzet és annak függvényében történjen a cselekvés és döntés. Ezekhez nyújt segítséget a Menedzsment 3.0, ami nem egy új modell, hanem egy gondolkodásmód, amely olyan kipróbálható tanácsok, gyakorlatok és eszközök variációja, ami segítséget nyújt a szervezet minden tagjának (nem csak menedzsereknek!) a cég eredményességéhez.
