En este Taller de Agility in HR (ICP AHR) de Management 3.0, los socios de negocios, desarrolladores de personal, reclutadores y otros que trabajan en o cerca del Área de Recursos Humanos, aprenderán acerca del "mindset" o mentalidad, diseños organizacionales, roles, planes de carrera, desempeño, metas y motivación, promociones, adquisición y retención de talento así como aprendizaje y desarrollo.
