Management 3.0 — это 10 часовой сертификационный онлайн воркшоп по современному Аджайл Менеджменту, который перевернет ваше отношение к Команде и Организации. Management 3.0 — это философия и набор практических приемов, которые помогут любому менеджеру сделать работу в своей организации более гибкой. Многие из них не требуют глобальных изменений вроде перехода на новый фреймворк. Их можно воплощать на рабочем месте сразу после тренинга (и очень трудно удержаться!).
Программа основана на двух книгах Юргена Аппело: Management 3.0, вышедшей в 2010 году, и ее обновленной версии 2016 года "Managing for happiness". Практики Management 3.0 используют в Bosch, CSS Insurance, Eventbrite, Topps и Zendesk.
