The in-person Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop is our signature workshop. It is based on leadership guru Jurgen Appelo’s first best-seller, also called Management 3.0. Two days full of interactivity and sharing experiences, in-person and practice oriented.
Much of our Management 3.0 Foundation in-person workshops include storytelling from employees and managers sharing their own experiences. Because of this, each Management 3.0 workshop is different as each person that wants to change management and leadership is different.
The goal is to help people become better managers and better workers.
Management 3.0 Foundation Workshops include solutions for
✓ performance management
✓ team collaboration and project management
✓ employee empowerment
✓ developing purpose and value inside an organization
✓ organizational hierarchy
✓ competence development
✓ agile methodologies
✓ self-organization and delegation
✓ change management and organizational transformation
✓ extrinsic motivation vs. intrinsic motivation
Agile Leadership, Modern Management, Tangible Tools
The Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop is an in-person workshop format. We believe in the value of the in-person experience when it comes to games, practices and sharing. The attendance of an in-person Foundation Workshop qualifies you to become a Management 3.0 Facilitator yourself (within one year from workshop attendance).
However, if you don’t have the chance to attend an in-person workshop but still want to start your journey on redefining management and leadership, our worldwide community of licensed facilitators offers the Fundamentals Online Workshop.
Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop Modules
Martie, the six-eyed Management Monster symbolizes the six organizational views which are covered during a Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop.
Each Foundation Workshop covers six views on organizations plus the basics of Management & Leadership as well as Complexity Thinking.

Besides those Foundation Modules Management 3.0 Facilitators may include one or more additional modules in your Management 3.0 Workshop. This usually depends on group dynamics and requests.
