The Fundamentals Online Workshop (FOW) contains the most valuable practices and modules related to Management 3.0 and Remote Leadership. Attending the workshop, attendees will understand the basics of Management 3.0 and how to manage remote teams.
This workshop’s topics will be interesting for team leads, managers, leaders, agile coaches, scrum masters, project managers, and especially those working in remote environments.

The workshop is designed to be given online. The tools, exercises, and agenda are optimized for an online workshop.
Attending this workshop you will receive the Certificate of Attendance of the Fundamentals Online Workshop.

- November 1st, 12 noon - 3:00pm (NZST)
- November 2nd, 12 noon - 3:00pm (NZST)
- November 3rd, 12 noon - 3:00pm (NZST)
- November 4th, 12 noon - 3:00pm (NZST)
Cost is NZD$900 + GST
- Laptop or Desktop
- A headset or EarPods is strongly recommended
- Internet connection of at least 10mbps
- A quiet place to attend the workshop
