Werden Sie selbst Trainer für Management 3.0

Mit dem zweitägigen Fundamentals-Online-Kurs und dem Ergänzungstag sowie einen "written Assessment" werden die Voraussetzungen für ein Trainer-Zertifikat erfüllt.

Vertierfung von Moving Motivators und Delegation Poker

In diesem Training werden die bereits erlernten Praktiken „Moving Motivators“ und „Delegation Poker“ vertieft und ausgebaut. Verschiedene Einsatzszenarien werden eingeübt.

Weitere Management 3.0 Praktiken

Die Teilnehmer:innen wählen im Rahmen des Tages aus einer Gruppe verschiedene Praktiken aus, mit denen sie sich intensiv beschäftigen:
