Delegate or not delegate? A question that many of us, as leaders, managers, executives, ponder over a lot of the time.
Delegation, as we know, is almost always not easy for any manager to do. It wasn’t for me either many many years ago. But then comes along a change… I started to experiment with something similar with what is Delegation boards today. - clarify who’s responsible for what and foster an environment of empowerment for everyone on the team.
As a manager (new / seasoned) if you are looking for an approach to delegate, you might want to join me for this interactive 1 hour to experiment with this practice of 'Delegation board and delegation poker'.
