You have completed the accredited Management 3.0 Foundation™ training, but would you like to learn even more about using the idea of modern leadership in practice? We have something for you!
During the training you can delve into methods of supporting and shaping high-performing teams, in particular the role of a leader in shaping the right conditions for self-organization and a growth mindset. During the workshop, you will learn and practice valuable methods that build community and belonging, as well as experience the spectrum of techniques for working on bidirectional feedback.
The training is intended for:
change agents, agile coaches, Scrum Masters, department/team leaders and managers, organization management board, representatives of non-IT departments such as sales and marketing.
