Description

Managing Teams is a daunting task for new managers and experienced ones. The present world faces many challenges that make this role tougher. However, there are practices and resources available that can make the role not just manageable but pleasurable. Within the Management 3.0 framework, you can learn how managers and leaders can tap into the innately natural disposition of teams to be self-organising.

During this hour-long session, you’ll learn about the following:

  • Management 3.0, its origin and its principles
  • What it means to manage the system and not the people
  • The role of an Agile leader in introducing sustainable change and dealing with conflict
  • Leadership practices and tools that can be used to facilitate and develop teams
  • The fundamental approach to learning Management 3.0 practices in an engaging, fun way

This is a free, online session hosted from Melbourne, Australia. However, you are welcome to join from anywhere in the world.
