There are a lot of management models and theories out there and they all sound great. The problem is that there's a lot of theory, which we don't always know how to implement in practical terms.
For example, what can you do concretely on a Tuesday afternoon to work better with your colleagues? People need actionable advice, things they can start doing next week.

That's where Management 3.0 comes in!

Attendees will receive a certificate and a badge, the Foundation Workshop Certificate of Attendance. This certificate is a requirement for applying to become a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator.

Training Specifics

The training will be delivered over 4 days (23, 24, 25, 26 September) between 14.00-18.00 GMT+2 (Central European Time (CET)). Please don’t forget to check your time zone!

This workshop will be delivered through Zoom and Miro. We will be working in groups, practicing M3.0 games and tools.
