5 years = 50 workshops
Over the past five years, I have conducted more than 50 Deep Management 3.0 training sessions in both public and corporate formats, as well as offline and online
9 out of 10 participants recommend
Following each workshop, the Management 3.0 organization conducts an independent survey of participants, asking, "How likely are you to recommend this trainer?" on a ten-point scale. Only scores of 9 and 10 are considered a recommendation.
Running workshops since 2010
Since 2010, I have conducted hundreds of workshops around the world, encompassing Scrum, Kanban, coaching, facilitation, and Management 3.0. The participants of my training sessions include C-level executives, top and middle management, and various change agents
Some people can do magic - they create a unique environment in teams, departments and organizations - an environment that brings out the full potential of employees. People start to do unbelievable things: to deliver the best products on the market, exceed KPIs, and make the impossible possible. I call people who can create such an environment leaders who tweak the system. And the system is your organization. And I see this as a date-to-day duty of Agile coaches and ScrumMasters, senior- and middle-managers, C-level and founders. Is this your job too? Do you want to sharpen this skill? Well, you've found the right workshop!
More and more companies these days realize that people are a critical asset. And there are more and more stories about a bunch of youngsters who were able to press out a market leader with thousands of employees. I believe that often the difference is about the ratio of leaders who know how to tweak the system.
Many companies these days try to fix problems with an Agile transformation. But I believe you've seen how it doesn't work: every team uses Scrum, but the product is still shitty. The reason is that Agile is a fragile flower that needs proper soil – and the right environment. And you have to tweak your organization to get it. And that's what Management 3.0 is all about!
Ways of working are coming to a new segment of an evolutionary spiral: everything that can be automated either is already automated or will be soon. We don't need brainless workers anymore. Many futurologists say that, for example, the career of driver will disappear from our planet in under 20 years.
Today's companies are a place of innovation where we want knowledge workers to bring the maximum that their brainpower can offer. By the way, Agile is all about that. "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools." But if you want this to come true, you have to learn new skills. For developers, it's things like teamwork, Scrum and product thinking. And for managers, it's the skill of working with their organization as a system that could be tweaked to enable creativity and out-of-the-box thinking of big groups of people. And it's a new skill that you don't get in universities.
Management 3.0 is all about that. It has a strong foundation of more than 200 books from different fields of knowledge: Agile, traditional and modern management, lean thinking, system theory, complexity theory, evolutionary theory, and even anthropology and group psychology.
This workshop has a 2+1 structure: Two days of ac Management 3.0 workshop + one extra day. The additional day covers extra topics that have been frequently asked by participants.
The classic 2-day workshop covers all the topics of how to change your company in the direction of enabling people to deliver impossible things and to be happy. What is typically missing is how to assess what your company maturity level is and how to start the change from any starting point (for example, matrix organization in a global enterprise or a small startup that fund-raised enough to grow 100 times or an IT department in a government organization). So all these missing pieces will comprise the third day.
Of course! After the workshop, you will get an industry-recognized Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance. And on top of that, you’ll learn how to be a true leader, one who doesn’t need formal aspects of power to make people follow them.
After the online workshop you will get an industry-recognized Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance as well!
Do you remember a professor standing in front of a big group of students and talking for 90 minutes? Well that's not the way I run these workshops. First, the size of the group is strictly no more than 12 people. I want an intimate and warm environment where people will be able to share their experiences and cross-learn. Second, the workshop is highly interactive - a lot of exercises and discussions that allow analyzing and trying what I share with you.
On completion of the workshop, with full 100% participation, if you don't feel it's been valuable I'll happily issue a refund.
