Do you feel like your team works side by side but doesn’t truly understand one another? Are you looking for ways to boost communication and foster greater empathy in your workplace?

This engaging workshop will explore the concept of Personal Maps, a powerful exercise inspired by Mind Mapping, designed to bring people closer together. By capturing what you know about your colleagues, you’ll improve team dynamics, enhance collaboration, and ultimately drive creativity and innovation.

During this interactive session, we’ll dive into how proximity—whether physical or virtual—can increase understanding, communication, and teamwork. You’ll learn how to use Personal Maps to foster deeper connections, encouraging team members to move beyond surface-level interactions and build real relationships.

What to Expect:

  • An introduction to Personal Maps and their role in improving team collaboration
  • Practical steps to creating and using Personal Maps to understand your colleagues better
  • Insight into how reducing "distance" (through conversations or shared spaces) boosts communication and creativity
  • Interactive discussions and exercises to help you apply these tools in your own team

Who Should Attend:

  • Team leaders and managers looking to enhance team cohesion and communication
  • HR professionals seeking tools to foster empathy and connection within teams
  • Anyone interested in strengthening workplace relationships for improved collaboration

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a new perspective on how closer proximity to your team’s work and lives can lead to a more connected, creative, and productive environment.
