2 x Mondays & Tuesdays between 15.00-17.00 Germany time (29, 30 Sep and 6, 7 Oct) - total 8 hours. (16.00-18.00 Turkey Time)
The Leadership in Action workshop covers theoretical and practical management and leadership content with a focus on tools that you can use immediately after attending the workshop.
The workshop concept is highly interactive and introduces participants to various concrete Management 3.0 applications.
The topics of this workshop will be of interest to team leaders, managers, change managers, agile coaches, scrum masters, product owners, project managers, HR professionals and directors who work in agile environments and want to improve their leadership skills.
Participants will receive a Leadership in Action Workshop Participation Certificate.
At the end of this workshop and through your active participation in all sessions you will be able to:
- Define the difference between Management 1.0 and Management 3.0 leadership style and what it means to be an Agile Leader
- Choose from a toolbox of employee engagement apps to more effectively handle various situations with team members, colleagues and your own manager
- Increase employee motivation and team collaboration using Management 3.0 mindset and practices
- Identify your own development areas for your leadership
Some Details
The training will be held over 4 days (29, 30 Sep and 6, 7 Oct) between 15.00-17.00 pm Germany time. Please do not forget to check your time zone!
This workshop will be run through Zoom and Miro. We will work in groups, implementing M3.0 games and tools.
The training will be delivered by Aykut AKALIN, Corporate Agile Coach and facilitator, assisted by Eylül Çeşmeci. Both have extensive experience working with teams and leaders in multinational corporate environments.
