Hybrid teams have existed for a long time, but before the COVID-19 pandemic, most organisations operated with an office-first mentality.
Office buildings, conference rooms, and network infrastructure were all designed around this philosophy.
Following the pandemic, we all experienced the benefits and challenges of remote work.
While hybrid work has become more common, its challenges are still very real and will remain so unless we start thinking differently about how we work.
This workshop will focus on the importance of visibility and clarity in leading hybrid teams while exploring practices that support clarity for:
- Individuals in the team
- Team shared responsibilities
- Team identity
