Description

Ready to lead when humans and AI share the stage?

Join us and shape the next generation of leadership.

At Rodríguez Pardo & Assocs we bring years of proven experience in agility, organizational design, and transformation—so participants don’t just learn frameworks, they learn how to apply them in real organizations with lasting impact. Our facilitators are recognized internationally for making change both practical and human.

AI is no longer a side project. It shapes how we set priorities, make decisions, design roles, and collaborate across time zones. Leaders now work in mixed teams—people plus digital agents—where speed, quality, and ethics collide every day. The old playbooks (more process, more meetings, more control) create drag right when you need adaptability.

M3K New Fundamentals is an immersive workshop for leaders who want to harness AI without losing what makes teams human. Evolved from Management 3.0 and unFIX, and inspired by Jurgen Appelo’s Human • Robot • Agent, the workshop reframes leadership on three levels—personal, team, and organization.

📚What this workshop is about?

  • AI-era leadership, beyond tool trials: moving from “we’re experimenting” to structured ways of deciding, delegating, and learning with AI in the loop.

  • Algorithmic management with guardrails: metrics, nudges, and automation—where they help, where they harm, and how to set non-negotiables (transparency, explainability, accountability).

  • Human–AI teaming patterns: clarifying roles between people and digital agents; defining interfaces, handoffs, and service agreements that reduce rework.

  • Adaptive structures & reteaming: evolving roles and team boundaries safely; making collaboration lighter while keeping alignment strong.

  • Meetings that earn their keep: preparation, synthesis, and follow-through augmented by AI—without losing candor or psychological safety.

  • Complexity & wicked problems: sense-making, small bets, feedback loops, and risk handling suited to fast-moving environments.

  • Ethics & responsibility: bias, data sensitivity, consent, and organizational policies that people can actually use.

💎What makes this workshop unique?

Beyond concepts, we focus on what leaders really need today:

  • Ready-to-use leadership prompts to evaluate OKRs and strengthen your role.

  • Real demos with AI agents that are already supporting decision-making in organizations.

  • Practical first steps with AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to apply immediately in your work.

This ensures that you not only understand how to lead in the era of AI but also take away concrete and applicable resources from day one.

🎯Who it’s for?

  • Leaders, managers, and change agents in product, tech, operations, HR/People, and transformation.

  • Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and team leads working on cross-functional or remote/hybrid teams.

  • Anyone asked to improve outcomes in complex contexts where AI already touches daily work.

🧩Format

  • Intense and interactive: short expert inputs, case walk-throughs, and structured practice.

  • Context-driven: we home in on the challenges that matter most to the group.

  • Practical artifacts: simple canvases and prompts you’ll build during the sessions to reuse and refine internally.

Participants consistently highlight our workshops for being energizing, no-nonsense, and directly usable back at work.

🏆Learning Outcomes

By the end, participants will be able to:

  • Run AI-in-the-loop decisions with oversight.
  • Design human–AI collaboration that actually works.

  • Refactor one key meeting with AI augmentation.

  • Map AI’s impact across three levels.

  • Set ethical guardrails for algorithmic management.

  • Tackle wicked problems with complexity practices.

  • Evolve structures without chaos.
