Join a 4-week, high-touch online cohort to redesign how your organization works in the Age of AI. Guided by an experienced transformation leader, learn to apply unFIX patterns and equip you to flourish by dynamically crafting your own methods for your context. Save months of trial and error designing your operating model. Learn patterns that leading organizations use to stay adaptable.
The unFIX model is a pioneering pattern library that assists you in creating versatile organizations. Distinguishing itself from many scaling frameworks and self-management methods, unFIX fosters continuous innovation and prioritizes the human experience. It encourages a gradual transition, dynamic teams, and a significant role for leaders.
Every Wednesday during the program we will meet at 6:00 pm (CET) for an approx. one hour to discuss the homework for the week.
These sessions are optional but we encourage all our participants to join as the homework is specific to participants’ organization and it will provide the opportunity to discuss even further with other participants and our faculty.
The training is split into different online small slots throughout the four days. Additionally our Wednesday sessions and group chats allow participants to go through the material, reflect on their context between sessions and come back with scenarios to be discussed in the cohort.
A maximum of 24 participants may enroll per cohort.
The workshop is held online on four half-days once a week on Fridays from 08:00 am to 12:00 pm (CET). There will be short rest breaks as desired and homework between the weeks.
The training is given in English. All training materials are also in English.
The workshop is the right choice for managers, leaders, agile coaches, Scrum masters, product managers, project managers, team members and everyone else who wants to become a better manager, encourage innovation, motivate individuals, empower teams, improve culture and raise employee satisfaction.
Learning is accelerated when you have colleagues to share insights and contextualize the organization's challenges and strategies for implementing new ideas together. Therefore, we have created these group discount offers for you and your colleagues:
Please get in touch with us at hello@tandi.ch if you would like to purchase group tickets.

Twice a year we meet online with other cohorts participants to with keynote speakers to discuss latest evolutions and support each other in the community.
Our participants are invited to join our cohort chat on Slack to discuss topics, homework or doubts asynchronously with the other participants and our faculty.
