If you are struggling with unmotivated staff or feeling pressured by your board and shareholders, then this hands-on experiential
Management 3.0 Executive Retreat
is ideal for you. Just imagine the following…
This unique executive retreat was specifically designed with executives heading for a burnout in mind. Six carefully balanced days which are all about the right amount of theory versus practice, general experience versus your personal experience and one-way teaching versus two-way sharing and feedback.
The retreat will run from 13 to 18 April 2020 but the Management 3.0 component will be covered during the afternoons of 14-17 April. Basically we've broken up the 2-day Foundation workshop into three 3-hour chucks and complimented it with other activities.
Throughout the afternoons of the retreat, you will learn to tackle complex adaptive systems and encounter some serious games, innovative tools and straightforward practices you can use to motivate your staff and boost creativity and innovation across your organization. To offset all the theory, your mornings will be more action-packed. A trip to Hells Gate National Park, hikes around Crater Lake or up Mount Longonot, possibly even a fishing trip on Lake Naivasha and a least one evening we’ll go out on a night game drive.
