Objetivo Geral

Durante o programa serão realizados exercícios práticos com objetivo de entender melhor porquê as pessoas fazem aquilo que elas fazem e como é possível abraçar a mudança e encorajar a equipe.

Objetivos específicos
• Apresentar o conjunto de ferramentas de que é composto Management 3.0;
• Compreender 6 visões propostas pelo mindset: Energizar Pessoas, Empoderar
Times, Alinhar Restrições, Desenvolver Competências, Crescer a Estrutura,
Melhorar Tudo;
• Aplicar o uso das ferramentas em grupo e trocar experiências entre os
participantes.

Público Alvo:

Líderes/gerentes/analistas que queiram adotar práticas ágeis, ou tenham intenção de fazê-lo no futuro.

*Ao final do curso, será emitido o certificado internacional de M30.
