And how about deciding who to recruit into team... Can all those and many other decisions be put into hands of the teams? But wait- if there is lots of decentralization then how to make sure it will not lead to total anarchy? Those and many other questions get debated on Management 3.0 Workshop. Original 2 day Management 30 Foundation workshop has been customized for Scan Agile 2020 event and will accommodate selection of the coolest and most interesting Management 30 practices and tools.
