Description

La mutation de la gestion des projets vers l’agilité est devenu incontournable, et toutes les activités ont leur déclinaison Agile: développement, testing, architecture, etc. Mais les approches et méthodes ignorent le monde autour des projets ou préconisent au management de se tenir à l’écart.

Ce cours comble ce besoin, en explorant les huit sujets du management agile. Il présente chaque sujet basé sur l’expérience, et les participants mettront en pratique des techniques associées.

  • Identifier la complexité
  • Savoir y répondre par des principes de management
  • Maîtriser les techniques appropriées dans les domaine couverts
  • Comprendre le rôle de leadership que le management doit prendre

Au terme de ce cours, vous saurez créer une environnement dynamique et motivant, guider les équipes vers les objectifs globaux. Votre leadership s’en trouvera encore développé.

Notre facilitateur a de nombreuses années d’expérience dans le développement de produit, le management de projet et le management d’équipes, que ce soit dans des approches « classiques » ou agiles, en Suisse et à l’étranger. Il a créé plusieurs entreprises. Il anime son cours d’une façon interactive et encourage les échanges entre les participants. La mise en œuvre des concepts par des applications pratiques à travers les exercices et jeux ouvre la place à la discussion sur les valeurs profondes.
