WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?

What is Agile leadership? To be very honest, there are several definitions, frameworks and ideas that abound about this topic. Although there is quite an overlap of ideas, there are differences between the frameworks.

This program does not assume to have *THE* big idea. However, it will bring together several of the key ideas that exist in the marketplace today. It will discuss how Agile leadership started evolving, what it is, how it is implemented and why it is important to organizations, agile leaders, SME owners and managers of all levels.

To make sense of the whole idea of Agile leadership, this program will focus on Management 3.0, a new evolution of management & leadership that is very aligned with Agile leadership ideas. You will see through its lens what Agile leaders should focus on and what are some practices Agile leaders do.
