Short Bio
If you are looking for a very experienced Management 3.0 practitioner to facilitate your workshop, you came to the right place!
With more than 14 years of agile leadership experience, you are looking at a facilitator who knows first hand, what you are facing. Because I have walked many miles in your shoes in different companies with different teams. My passion is to help people come to work with a smile on their faces, because they love what they do and how they are led.
To increase my impact, I do not only lead my own employees, but also conduct Management 3.0 workshopsand speak at international conferences about topics like agile leadership, agile transformation, scaling, epic fails, and other innovative ideas. I also write books about agile leadership. In my latest book you will read about how Management 3.0 can be applied in practice.
As a Professional Scrum Trainer (scrum.org), I am also deeply rooted in Scrum and other agile approaches. These complement agile leadership very nicely and help me better understandyour context.
If you want to learn more about me and what I do, I recommend you visit me at LinkedIn, at ValueRise Consulting (German) or just write me an email. I am looking forward hearing from you!
Even better: If you want to meet me in person, the easiest way is to book a Management 3.0 workshop with me. Reserve your seat right now, or contact mefor an inhouse training!
