Short Bio

Living in a small village near Munich, Germany.

After graduating as Diplom-Informatiker (FH) / Masters in Computer Science and working for 10 years in the IT branche Ellen changed her profession to being a trainer. Ellen is a NLP trainer (PureNLP by Richard Bandler), Management 3.0 Facilitator and Agile Game Facilitator with an international and varied work background. Ellen´s clients include executives in industry, banking and the financial sector. She focuses on introducing concrete tools, games and practices to make business life easier and more effective. Besides coaching, Ellen is an active speaker with a passion for training and delivering motivational speeches.

Ellen also is a part time Senior Agile Coach at iteratec GmbH. As a technology company, iteratec creates new technological and entrepreneurial opportunities. With more than 1,000 successful projects, iteratec is one of the leading experts for digital product innovation, software and architecture development, and digital infrastructures. Founded in Munich in 1996, iteratec currently employs around 500 employees and students at seven locations in Germany and Europe.

Ellen´s leadership background is currently as Line Manager added with that from an international non-profit organization with over 330.000 members and over 7000 voluntary leaders all over the world. In that environment her approach to lead with agile methods was quite successful which is what she teaches her clients ever since. Agile Games and Management 3.0 methods complement her experience.

Since 2016 Ellen organizes and facilitates the Agile Game Night meetup in Munich and since 2020 remotely. During that event she and the participants experiment with games - playing them and evaluating them for practice use and value in business teams.
