Ellen´s leadership background is currently as Line Manager added with that from an international non-profit organization with over 330.000 members and over 7000 voluntary leaders all over the world. In that environment her approach to lead with agile methods was quite successful which is what she teaches her clients ever since. Agile Games and Management 3.0 methods complement her experience.
