Summary of experience.
I am a Change Agent, Agile Coach and Trainer working on Enterprise level as well as Team and Program level. Proven ability to work alone on small scale transformation or lead a team of Change Agents, run enterprise level change either following popular frameworks (SAFe certified), either creating a custom framework best fitting the existing corporate culture. I have been working in Software Development industry in Outsourcing, Product Development, Startups and Consulting covering Banking, Automotive, IoT, Hardware and more from 2004 while already since 2008 I was promoted to managerial positions and in various roles was responsible for effective collaboration of software developers and business. My professional mastery and relevant experience would include QA, Delivery, HR, Operational, Program and Portfolio roles in scaled agile environment and coaching leadership level.
