Short Bio
Björn is an agile leader that helps people and organizations to understand agile values and principles to build better products and companies. Today he works at Helsingborg Stad as "Team Manager Digital Development". He also runs his own business, Arctia, where he works as an Agile Coach.
Since 2016 Björn has been a Management 3.0 facilitator. He provides training in Professional Scrum Master™, Professional Scrum Product Owner™, Management 3.0, agile methods, and facilitating techniques. Björn also takes on assignments as a coach and mentor.
Through the years, Björn has worked as a teacher (math & science), developer (C/C++, Java, .Net, Oracle), Project Manager, Scrum Master, Consultant Manager, People & Culture Manager, and Agile Coach. He thinks titles are less important; what you do makes the difference.
