A happy programmer, more than ten years of experience in software development, has been involved in the development of many software systems in areas such as insurance, manufacturing, trade, logistics and renting. From 2005 he get to know about agile, has practised many ways to make software, including Extreme Programming, Scrum, Kanban, etc., and then want to became a full-stack engineer. He applied various agile practices in the system development process, and actively participate in all aspects of being accumulated rich experience in the development and business knowledge. Good access and good communication by digging deeper needs of business users, and can use computer tools to help them refactor the process and really enhance the efficiency of the business persons, to better reflect the value of the programmers. He loves learning, thinking and sharing, has translated "software system architecture," "Working effective with legacy code" and many other books , and published more than 400 articles in his blog and InfoQ website. He attended many technical meetings and events, and speak on community activities. He is also the CIPMT Certified Trainer, and strive to use their knowledge and experience to influence others to do the positive change.
