Philipp Engstler
Philipp Engstler is a founding member of flowdays Cooperative. He is based in Switzerland, serving the DACH area. With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the Internet and ecommerce industry, Philipp now focuses on agile training and coaching. Holding a degree in computer science along with multiple Certificates of Advanced Study, Philipp is known for his interactive and engaging classes. He works independently as Agile Coach and Trainer and as Interim Leader.
Philipp specializes in organizational development, culture transformation, Management 3.0, Continuous Improvement & Innovation, Scrum, Kanban, Business Agility, and Agile Leadership. As the Product owner of flowdays Agile Academy, he offers trainings and learning journeys with a holistic view of Business Agility, empowering individuals to drive change across all levels.
