Short Bio

Thomas Vitzky accompanies people, teams and organizations on their way to become agile. Thereby his main focus is to help his clients to figure out how to create the conditions for agile to thrive rather than simply teaching people new processes and tools. As a complexity thinker he doesn’t believe in one-fits-all solutions. In hope of finding adequate answers to difficult questions he loves to experiment by connecting ideas from a variety of different fields. As Learning 3.0 facilitator he helps to promote the idea of emergent learning by regularly organizing public and in-company Learning Shots. Thomas writes a german-speaking blog at werde-agil.de, where he shares his experience and ideas about agile, Management 3.0 and Learning 3.0.

Thomas is also a dad of two wonderful sons, an injured long-distance runner, a terrible but passionate guitar player and a settled down globetrotter.
