En quelques mots, je suis consultant, coach et formateur, spécialisé sur les transformations d'organisations.
Mon parcours professionnel prend ses racines dans le monde du développement, avant de bifurquer sur le monde du management puis du coaching agile en 2009. J'accompagne désormais des équipes, projets ou sociétés dans leur transformation d'organisation en tirant profit des méthodes agiles, de mon expérience et de mon énergie !
Mes formations sont aussi pragmatiques que possible afin de tirer profit des mes expériences en tant que coach agile, que j'espère variées, tant sur la taille des projets de mes clients (transitions réalisées à l’échelle d’un projet, d’une unité ou d’une DSI) que sur leur secteur d’activité (banque, industrie, télécom ou services).
