Passionate about agile and leadership, I help organizations find their transformation path to achieve their own goals. I mix system thinking, learning organization tools, personal development, team building and agile coaching. I pay special attention to setup a collaborative environment which allows people to grow.
I work as a consulting team leader at Rhapsodies Conseil. We work for our clients who are dealing with transformation (agile, digital) and we help managers to change their way of managing.
As a trainer, I share a lot of experiences I've made during my 15 years of consulting.
