I am Julián Prieto a middle old manager with several years trying to change the way in that organizations and society manage their business and their people. I am Systems Engineer or IT Engineer, but some years ago I took the decisión to reinforce my education with psychology career, and now I am Engineer, Organizational Psychologist and coach. This combination opens in my mind another world, one world of multiple possibilities to work directly with the people their motivations, their emotions in order to build really change agents than help us to obtain a real and fair change
