Short Bio
He is a Cultural H4cker focused on organizational transformation and here a little bit of his history ...
He came from the technology world, receiving a MSc in computer science and for 17 years he practiced his profession from different roles in the world of technology, a world that changes at a much faster pace than in other industries. Not only technically, but also in the work dynamics and the structures that support them.
Here he understood from the empirical experience that the problems he encountered had their origin largely in the systems that contained them. This has led him to explore in practice from various ventures with different disciplines from agile methodologies, coaching and facilitation of spaces through participatory leadership, among others.
He has been a Management 3.0 trainer for 5 years and is one of the most qualified trainers in Latin America with more than 775 attendees with a score of ~9.0.
Special interests
Currently his interest are in the exploration and inclusion of different proposals to establish dynamic management models focused on self-management (like Management 3.0, Lean Change Management, Sociocracy, Sociocracy 3.0, Holocracy, ...) to guide the agile transformations that are taking place in small business and large sectors of the industry such as banking, software development, retail, insurance and the productive sector.
