Jörg has been working as a freelance IT professional, manager and trainer for 20 years before joining Allianz Indonesia in 2011. During his freelance work he already realized that people and leadership aspects are crucial to create innovative and powerful solutions and create value.

Since taking a managerial and more importantly transformational role in Allianz people and leadership aspects became even more important.

Jörg has been driving technical and organisational change since then in a highly diverse and multicultural environment.

He is currently mainly running internal training, coaching and mentoring initiatives besides his main job as Head of Software Development.

His current focus is Business Agility, bringing C-Level and middle management on-board of an Agile movement. His second focus to further shift the organisation towards DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery.

Management 3.0, System Thinking, Agile Frameworks, Conflict Management or to say it differently a holistic view into what it takes to create an environment which is fun to work in, which supports personal growth and which makes an organisation strive, is where his key motivation is and comes from.

Jörg has been a public speaker at events and conferences and is always looking forward for opportunities to exchange ideas and experience with others.
