With many years of experience in the IT industry, Sarah now gains satisfaction by facilitating learning in Agile mindset and practices. Sarah is passionate about educating everyone on new ways to lead in the 21st century and is clear that it starts with a mindset shift.

As a Management 3.0 facilitator, she has more than a decade of management experience and prior to arriving at Elabor8, has lead a range of teams in a range of contexts. She has experience managing in an Agile context and at scale. Prior to arriving at Elabor8, she gained her Agile leadership stripes leading programs at Australia's largest university.

With an interest in positive psychology, Sarah firmly believes every work place should foster energised and happy employees who love what they do.

As a self described pragmatist, she helps people put mindset first and focus on the practices that will actually deliver value and create awesome places for people to work.
