I am a craftsman in the fields of Software Engineering and Process Engineering. I find satisfaction in the quality of my work, and I am industrious in understanding and satisfying the needs of my clients.

I worked as Software Engineer and Software Project Manager, contributing to the creation of software in different fields: scientific research, publishing, medicine, avionics and, in general, information systems. I was able to experience dynamics and daily difficulties of teams involved in development of a software product.

I then became interested in Software Process Improvement, by helping different organizations to apply the *CMMI ® for Development* model.

Since 2007, I've discovered the Agile Mindset and I started to apply it in my activities, until it became the main focus.

As Agile Coach, I help organisations to learn and adopt the Mindset. My interventions take place at different levels, with specific focus on teams. I strive to stimulate the creation of a *Continuous Learning* culture.

I am a *Lifelong Learner*, always intrigued by the exploration of new knowledge.
