What if happiness and agility were no longer a choice?
I strongly believe that agility is a state of mind and not an objective to achieve. We do not just “do agile”, we are agile and we adapt our systems to be so!!
The world is a place in constant evolution. Be it the arrival of new technologies, economic changes or organizational changes, we must all be agile enough to adapt as quickly as possible to the new context and thus continue to contribute to the happiness of all our stakeholders.
Darwin once said, “The species that survive are not the strongest species, nor the smartest ones, but the ones that best adapt to the changes” and this also applies to the organizational world.
Being happy at work is no longer a choice. We all have the responsibility to contribute to our happiness at work.
I pledge to do everything I can to help you reach the level of happiness and efficiency that you and your organization will need.

Et si le bonheur et l’agilité n’étaient plus un choix ?
Je crois fortement que l’agilité est un état d’âme et non un objectif à atteindre. Nous ne faisons pas du agile, nous sommes agiles et nous adaptons nos systèmes pour qu’ils le soient aussi !!Le monde est un endroit en constante évolution. Que ça soit l’arrivée de nouvelles technologies, des changements économiques ou bien des changements organisationnels, nous devons tous être assez agiles pour nous adapter le plus rapidement possible au nouveau contexte et ainsi, continuer à contribuer au bonheur de toutes nos parties prenantes.
Notre ami Darwin l’avait dit « Les espèces qui survivent ne sont pas les espèces les plus fortes, ni les plus intelligentes, mais celles qui s’adaptent le mieux aux changements » et cela s’applique également au monde organisationnel.
Être heureux au travail n’est plus un choix. Nous avons tous la responsabilité de contribuer à notre bonheur au travail.
