Short Bio
Every organization is a construct of human interactions - therefore, it is absolutely crucial to put the human interactions in your team and your organization as your top priority.
In the last 10 years, Chris has worked with over 20 companies mostly in South East Asia to develop a mindset, an individual framework, which puts the individuals and goals at the top. In that time, he has realized, more often than not, the answers to that lie in the values and principles of Agile Thinking. And this is where Management 3.0 comes in: With the principles in mind, Management 3.0 brings practices and tools to every Manager to improve them.
