Ricardo Caldas In recent years I have worked in Startups, in some of which I actively participated in the founding, creation and monitoring of the business strategy, customers and products/services.

One of my purposes and activities has been to help my company and partners (clients) in the creation of digital products, delivering perceived value to the organization and its customers.

With 28 years of experience in the technological area, I had the opportunity to work in different areas and market segments (insurance, banking, technology, events, marketing, health, logistics, data science, Big Data, and others), however, in the last 10 years, I specialized in Agile, Digital Products and Business Agility.

Since then, I have been working with startups and large companies that want to change the way they work and use Agile to achieve their business objectives, improve results, employee satisfaction, and Business Agility.

I have experience planning, managing, and executing Team Assessments to identify and correct gaps in teams and companies. I have a strong ability to deal with indicators, metrics, and analytical vision which I use in my daily life.

I am a Management 3.0 and ICAgile trainer with experience creating and conducting dynamics, facilitation workshops, digital products, and agility.

I am currently an Enterprise Agile Coach, Founder, and Trainer at Product Inspirations.
