I’m Mario A. Brückner – founder of CALADE GmbH, author, speaker, and transformation coach with two decades of experience in reshaping how organizations work and lead. Since 2004, I’ve worked with organizations across Europe and the US – from ambitious mid-sized businesses to global players in automotive, telecom, logistics, and finance. My focus: bridging leadership, strategy, and agility so transformation becomes more than a program – it becomes part of the company’s DNA.

I developed Living Transformation® and Living Strategy to tackle a problem I saw everywhere: too many change initiatives fail because they’re designed top-down and run like short-lived projects.
