Mizan is specialized in Agile practices & Management 3.0, being agile and building agile software teams and train them Agile Engineering practices. He is a Certified Scrum Developer trainer at Scrum Alliance and conducts three and five day training programs.
Mizan is the founder and an independent Agile Coach at Techmasters consulting llc. He is an active member of the Agile community in Bangladesh and shares his insights and knowledge by speaking at conferences and local meet-ups. Since 2003 he fulfilled several roles within the engineering paradigm, mainly at local and remote team building, these vary from Developer, engineering manager, Scrum Master, Development Manager, software architect, technical agile coach and head of engineering. Since 2004 he is already involved in Agile projects. He has spoken to multiple global and regional scrum gatherings and agile conferences in last 5 years.
He has extensive experience in training teams about best agile practices and coach them to get the best out of it. He has also completed Training from back of the room class and applies those learnings to his regular sessions.
Helping people and therefore organizations, to get them moving to create a better work environment with agility, a work environment that people love and inspire them to do amazing things is his passion.
