Short Bio
Since the mid-nineties, Theo have used the Agile way of thinking in various projects by using frameworks such as DSDM, XP, RUP. For the last couple of years, he has incorporated more practices such as LEAN, Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, Less, etc.
His focus is more on the organization and the human aspect. Theo believe change is essential and certainly the intrinsic motivations like Purpose, Mastery and Autonomy are important.
