Akira Bloise is a Venezuelan architect with extensive years of experience executing and leading successful projects in different sectors like Construction, Telecommunications, Aeronautics, IT, and Banking, helping organizations to offer value solutions.
She is a Project Management Specialist, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Scrum Master (CSM), Management 3.0, and Collaboration Superpower Licensed Facilitator. Also, she is a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ Method and Materials and Pro.Play® process and tools with Playmobil®.PRO. She counts on the deep knowledge of implementing Kanban as a service model management in organizations. She is a Kanban Coaching Professional certified by Kanban University. She has a proven ability to communicate effectively at several levels in the organization and with customers. During the last 5 years, she has been working in an agile environment helping clients transform their culture by responding with adaptability and flexibility in V.U.C.A contexts.
