Vladimir was excellently prepared. He controlled time perfectly, in a soft way and didn\'t force and push. His interaction with the group was great as well as motivation and sensing group dynamics. He was creating flip charts on the fly, which worked as a charm - awesome!!!

Vladimir has been part of the software development world for many years, working as a Software Engineer, Team Leader, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Engineering Manager.
