About me
I help leaders like you improve the results of their teams and, consequently, their organization by positively impacting people's lives.
I am passionate about agility and people who in recent years have contributed to the professional training of more than 3,000 leaders around the world on modern leadership, agile and change management. I have also accompanied several teams on their path to high performance.
I believe that trying to make a change will always make the difference versus being indifferent or doing nothing, therefore, I like to share simple and powerful tools that allow leaders from day 1 to begin to impact their teams, always considering that they must lead by example.
I try to ensure that the training is not a punishment, and on the contrary, that it is fun and pleasant. Normally in my training there will be a good sense of humor, simple language without technicalities, with simple examples that allow the concepts to be understood, and my own and other participants experiences on the topics they see.
I like to ensure that knowledge does not remain in the classrooms and that they can put it into practice in their real environments. This is where I seek to ensure that they have their return on investment (ROI), seeing results in their teams.
I can honestly tell you that in each training my goals are the following:
- That training is valuable.
- May you enjoy each session.
- That you put the acquired knowledge into practice.
- That you can generate meaningful connections with other people (networking).
- May you feel accompanied by me, your colleagues and the other members of the Community of Change Agents.
I'm an Eternal Learner

What do people think of my trainings?
I like to take great care of the quality of my training, understanding that each training is different because of the people who make it up, so I always seek to adapt the learning to the needs of each group, to know if I'm doing it well, I constantly ask for feedback, and that they give it with great honesty.
So with great transparency I would like to share with you how people have evaluated me as a Facilitator since I started giving Management 3.0 training in August 1, 2019 until December 31, 2023, on a scale of 1 to 10:
