Short Bio
My life's work is to nurture human resources to grow, training agile practitioners with an open and open mind to create a well-being employee-friendly organization. I am a learning platform at NuWorks, which is rolling out Management 3.0 to the Japanese market, where I belong, to provide collective experiential learning. My role there is that of a Sherpa in the transformation process, like a mountain climber.
