Zita Németh
I am a long-time people and organisational developper, as I enjoy working with people and systems. I graduated as work and organisational psychologist, and never stopped learning about this field, so I am today in the personal field an Master Certified Coach by ICF, trainer and consultant for organisational growth.
My focus is on creating an awarness around us, to learn our real impact, and see ourselves in the system, and to take accountability to change it - which is a mindset change the same time.
